does it cost?
Listing your shows is free. First register your band, then submit your shows
using the on-line form.
- I submitted my show and it's not showing
up.
The database is updated late
Monday evening/early Tuesday morning. If a Monday has not passed since you entered your
show, it will be in the next update. If a Monday has passed, please
submit a request
to let us know there
is a problem.
- How come my band doesn't show up on the
artist drop-down list of the Search Chicago Concert Listings page?
Only bands that have a show in the database are
included in the drop-down list.
- I manage a venue. How can I submit
shows?

- I'm in a band and would rather email my
shows to you.
Sorry, we only accept emailed and faxed listings
from venues because they typically submit a very large number of shows at the same
time.
- How do I get my Artist Description in the
showlistings changed?
Just submit a request
telling us the name of the artist, what you want to change and your
password.
- My email address changed. How do I
get that updated?
Submit a request

old email address, the new email address and provide your password, so we know it's really
you.
- I lost my password. How can I find
out what it is?
Submit a request and we will reply with your password.
- I don't know which email address I
registered. What do I do?

and we'll let you know
which email address is registered
- How do I get a link to my website in the
showlistings?
ChicagoGigs.com provides website links for
member artists (artists that purchase hosting services or an artist page). Please

Only member artists are included in these

- What's the difference between a
registered artist and a member artist?
A registered artist has registered for the free
showlisting service. A member artist has purchased hosting services or an artist
page and is eligible for additional benefits, including promotion on the website and
discounts.
- Can I request a review? Do I have
to be a member of ChicagoGigs.com?
Anyone can request a review - you don't need to
be a member or a registered artist. We review both live shows and CDs available for
sale to the public.

and are doing reviews as quickly as possible. Priority is given to member
